Keyfim Yachting cancels the tour by showing force majeure and refunds the fee due to weather conditions and conditions that make the navigation at sea unfavorable.

Our yachts are designed to provide a comfortable organization in all weather conditions, summer and winter, therefore, no refund is made for cancellations made by the guest for reasons such as the weather being overcast, rainy or cold.

All expenses such as fuel and personnel are included in the price. Unless you decide to purchase a service that is not included in the package you purchased, on the yacht, there will be no additional fee. (For example, if you decide to buy food during a tour that does not include food.) Apart from this, you will not pay any additional fees. Our prices are clear and precise.

Prepayment is absolutely required at the reservation stage, reservations are not taken without prepayment.

After the exact date, day and time you want to charter the yacht is determined, you need to make a reservation. Reservations that are not prepaid within 24 hours after the reservation is made are cancelled.

All our yachts have indoor and outdoor areas where you can tour with pleasure for 12 months. In case of precipitation, some of the open areas are closed and heated in the form of a winter garden. Even in winter, you can continue to experience the comfort of your home in the Bosphorus. We even have guests who prefer especially rainy weather. If weather conditions are important to you, it may be helpful to check the weather before making a reservation. It is not possible to change the reservation dates or cancel the reservation according to the weather conditions.

Our yachts are in Bebek / Arnavutköy. We can pick you up free of charge from the following locations and the entertainment clubs, hotels and restaurants located in the vicinity of these locations, with appropriate piers. For longer distances, an extra arrival fee applies.
